At The Healing Book Shelf, we strive to provide compassionate and flexible support for your healing journey. To ensure fairness and maintain the quality of our services, we kindly ask you to review our cancellation guidelines below:

1. Cancellation Timeframe
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled session or appointment to qualify for a refund.

2. How to Cancel
To cancel, please notify us:

  • Via Email: info@thehealingbookshelf.com

  • In Writing: Through the contact form on our website or a direct message via your booking platform.

 

3. Late Cancellations
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session will not be eligible for a refund. This policy helps us respect the time of our facilitators and other clients.

4. Emergencies & Exceptions
We understand life can be unpredictable. In cases of emergencies (e.g., illness, family crisis), please contact us as soon as possible. Exceptions may be granted at our discretion.

5. Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule, we’re happy to help! Contact us at least 24 hours in advance, and we’ll find a new time that works for you—no additional fees required.

6. Refunds

  • Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

 

7. No-Shows
Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will result in full charges.
